Dr. Sally Rockey, NIH’s Deputy Director for Extramural Research, writes a blog called “Rock Talk”, which is well worth subscribing to. I am attaching an article from her latest post here. The article deals with Summary Statements and making decisions about resubmission, but it is actually chock full of useful links, particularly the links to the NIH podcast series, All About Grants.
