Bouvier Grant Group’s Commitment to Accessibility

At Bouvier Grant Group, we believe online learning should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to making the Bouvier Grant Group platform as inclusive as possible for people of all abilities. Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following standards:

• WCAG 2.2 Level A/AA
• Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act

We have conducted an accessibility audit and are on our way to completing a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) to transparently share our accessibility conformance.

Current Status

We’ve completed an audit of our platform to identify future accessibility improvements, and we remain committed to enhancing the experience for all users.

Known Accessibility Issues

We strive for continuous improvement. Below are the current known limitations:

• Video only content: We are actively in the process of captioning and transcribing our video training content
• Content on Hover or Focus: Focus state not always visible
• Reflow: LMS is responsive but zoom works up to 200% not 400%
• Keyboard navigation: keyboard traps , user can’t use Tab+shift to go back a step
• Bypass Blocks: user can skip to main content but cannot skip the Wobo block, have to click through the links within
• Admin Screens
  Our current VPAT assessment focuses on the learner-facing (frontend) experience. Accessibility updates to Bouvier Grant Group admin screens are planned once frontend work is complete.
• Because the Bouvier Grant Group online learning platform is built on Thinkific, admin accessibility may also be influenced by the platform’s own accessibility progress.

Our Accessibility Roadmap

At Bouvier Grant Group, we’re actively working to make our more accessible for all learners and creators. To achieve this, we have elected an accessibility champion and are in the process of providing ongoing accessibility training and guidelines for our product, design and content management teams.

Accessibility is an ongoing journey, and we’re committed to achieving meaningful progress within the next two years.

Here’s what’s coming next:

• Improved Frontend Accessibility: We’re moving toward substantial conformance for all public-facing Bouvier Grant Group LMS elements to ensure a more inclusive learning experience.
• Captioning and Transcripts for every course
• Long-Term Accessibility Goals: Our roadmap includes full conformance for the Bouvier Grant Group LMS frontend, guided by accessibility best practices and user feedback.
