


Rebecca is Bouvier Grant Group’s Director of Operations. In addition to team and operations management, she is responsible for filtering and translating the CEO’s ideas into functional plans for the company, ensuring revenue and business goals are hit.
As owner of The 25th Hour, she has supported over 45 businesses and hired over 250 people across 10 companies. She is a Certified OBM®️, as well as a Certified Director of Operations. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Rebecca freelanced in television and video production and was a second grade teacher.
Since 2014, Rebecca has worked with Dr. Bouvier and grown the team from two to ten. She has contributed to a 600% increase in the revenue growth of the business, dramatically built out the team’s infrastructure, implemented and refined effective systems for team communication and project management, and overseen the launches of two learning management systems.
Originally from New Orleans, she lives in Williamsburg, VA with her husband and two kids. Their lot contains a large garden, chickens, ducklings, and bees.
Fun Facts About Me:
- I ask so many questions that I was once thought to be a secret shopper while looking for a new couch
- I wanted to be a clown as a kid, and when I had the chance, I tried out for “Clown College.” No, I wasn’t accepted
- I didn’t know that ponies aren’t baby horses until just a few years ago (yes, I’m a city girl!)
- Like Ben Cohen, co-founder of Ben and Jerry’s, I have no sense of smell
